Where lived experience finds language, and language makes space for healing.

My Approach

Rooted in curiosity and compassion, my work explores the relationships, patterns, and beliefs that shape each of us. Through vulnerability and meaning-making, I aim to help individuals make sense of what has happened to them, creating space for greater clarity, purpose, and healing.

We teach others how to treat us.

The boundaries we set, the patterns we accept, and the ways we show up teach others what we believe we deserve.

You can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore to be happy.

Joy and suffering can coexist. Joy is a choice
